Our Air-end rebuilding is the economical alternative to new high-priced factory exchange air-ends or factory rebuilt units. We rebuild your air-end and return it to you, like new!

All our air-end rebuilds include new gaskets, bearings, o-rings, repair of rotors, seals, oil pump, hard chrome bearing and critical journals, inlet valve rebuild, discharge and inlet end covers repair if needed.

Depending on the size of the air-end and the degree of damage, the entire process of rebuilding an air end takes approximately seven to fifteen working days.

We are an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company therefore our shop is set up, so the work flows through in an orderly manner to ensure that we adhere to inspection and quality control standards. We refurbish air-ends back to factory specification.

All rebuilds come with our exclusive 6 months or 2 000 hours (whichever occurs first) warranty. Ask us how you can extend this warranty for up to 2 years.
